At Heyday Journal, each photobook is made-to-order and crafted with care through a trusted third-party printing partner.

Because your album is custom-designed and personalized, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hey@heyday-journal.com within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.

While we work with professional printers, minor color variations may occur due to different screen and print settings. These are considered normal and not grounds for return. However, if the product differs substantially from your approved preview or there’s a layout or production error, please reach out so we can make it right.

Due to the personalized nature of our journals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Customer errors in content or layout

• Shipping delays outside our control (e.g. carrier disruptions)

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share your information:

• With service providers as described above

• With legal authorities if required by law

• In the event of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described:

• Personal account and project data: until you delete your account

• Media linked via QR codes: until removed by you or upon request

• Transaction records: retained for legal/tax compliance

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information any time

• Delete your account and associated data

• Opt out of marketing communications

• Request a copy of your data

Heyday Journal Ltd is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords and avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily.
