Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Production & Processing Time

Once you’ve placed your order and approved your design:

  • Photobooks typically take 4 business days to produce.

  • This timeframe may vary slightly during peak periods or due to demand on our third-party printers.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Estimated delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping time is typically 4-7 days from when your order has been placed

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to customs, local delivery issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by location entered at checkout.

We aim to offer competitive rates while maintaining reliable service.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 14 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Shipping Issues & Lost Orders

Please contact us at support@heyday-journal.com within 30 days of your shipping confirmation. We will liaise with our printing and shipping partners to resolve the issue and may offer a reprint or refund where appropriate.

International Shipping & Customs

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to customs delays.

Changes To Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has entered production. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
